Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Work closely with HRBPs in the US and Canada each day to address various requirements and inquiries. 
Supporting HR Operational Services team projects including but not limited to acquisitions, divestitures, and cross‑functional initiatives. 
Serving as Project Leader for initiatives, including enhancement work, functional improvements, training, and cross‑functional efforts. 
Independently managing projects or workstreams involving global HRBPs, COEs, IT, Finance, and other functions. Present findings, solutions, oversee testing, communication, training, implementation, and conduct meetings as required. 
Prioritizing tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities. 
Articulating project goals, expectations, and updates to team members and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
