About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources & Payroll Specialist to support HR operations and manage payroll processes for both the United States and Mexico. This role requires expertise in payroll administration, employee benefits, terminations, expense tracking, compliance, and employee support within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for U.S. and Mexico employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage payroll using platforms such as Prism, Gusto, and OysterHR.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including terminations and final pay requirements.
