TechNET IT Recruitment has partnered with a leading healthcare services organisation to appoint an experienced HR Project Consultant for a short-term, high-impact engagement.

This role is suited to a true HR generalist who has been there and done it, someone confident operating at consultant level, trusted to take ownership and deliver without hand-holding.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting Employee Relations activity in light of recent employment law changes
• Updating, amending and rewriting HR policies and documentation
• Supporting HR communications processes within the HiBob HR system
• Reviewing and improving HR system user experience
• Acting as a trusted adviser to the Head of HR Systems (systems ownership already in place)
