Hiring: HR (People & Recruitment Lead)
Salary: ₱25,000–₱40,000/month (based on experience) + performance incentives
Location: Cordova (on-site; some field coordination)

We build and install premium water systems (residential & industrial). Team is growing.
What you will own (non-negotiable):
• End-to-end recruiting: job ads → sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboarding
• Build a hiring system (scorecards, interview guides, pipeline tracker)
• Employee relations: documentation, NTE/memos, policy enforcement (PH labor basics)
• Draft and implement IWS Employee Handbook (practical + compliant)
You must be strong at recruiting. If your method is only post and wait, this is not for you.
Requirements:
• Proven hiring experience (show numbers: roles filled, time-to-hire)
• Can run structured interviews + reference checks
• Familiar with PH labor basics (due process, documentation)
