HR ASSISTANT (RECRUITMENT & ENGAGEMENT FOCUS)

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle including crafting job descriptions, posting job ads on portals, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary and panel interviews to identify qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and business needs
• Manage job offer processes including salary benchmarking, preparing salary proposals aligned with internal standards, and conducting reference checks for selected candidates
