Primary Function of Position



The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and project support for the job description standardization project. This role will support enabling project workflows, responding manager inquiries and ensuring smooth operations within our job description management system.



Essential Job Duties



Act as the first point of contact for managers and HR partners with inquiries related to job descriptions, providing timely and accurate assistance.

Set up and configure workflows within the job description management system to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Generate draft job descriptions for managerial review, ensuring all necessary elements are included and align with company standards.
