Key Responsibilities

Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and review policies for relevance and compliance.

Data Analysis & Reporting Consolidate and analyze large volumes of compensation and benefits data for actionable insights.
Prepare HR and payroll reports, respond to MOM surveys, and support audits.
