Job Description
Source, screen and interview candidates for operational roles using a mix of recruitment portals, agencies, and social media
Responsible for the onboarding experience of the new hires, includingthe preparation of employment contracts, issuance of PPE, designing and conducting orientations
Handle all employee status changes (promotion, transfers, and salary adjustments) and maintain digital records
Coordinate with line managers to track new hire performance to ensure high retention
