Human Resources Site Leader

**Summary of Job**
The Leader of Human Resources plans, develops, recommends, and implements initiatives to drive a cultural transformation and support our transition to into meaningful employee experience from onboarding to offboarding to improve our branding and position our company as the employer of choice. As part of our broader employee engagement work, this position will be partnered closely with leadership staff to ensure the support and success of every initiative.
This position is key to building and improve employee experience by developing programs from the ground and support our culture based in company values, employee experience, employee performance & development, counseling and assisting upper management as requested.
