Your team and your responsibilities
Team/division description
Toyota Logistics Services Ireland supplies parts to dealers across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Parts are received from our warehouse in Belgium and binned, picked and shipped daily. The team onsite includes operators, supervision and office staff.
TLSIE is part of a wider group of 13 depots which also includes HR Specialists in 6 other locations.
You will work to lead HR within the Irish Depot and work with the wider HR team to coordinate HR projects across the European network.
Your responsibilities
Work with the RDO HR team to develop HR plans for RDO
Lead Pan European HR projects, supporting deployment in all depots
Developing an HR strategy for the Irish depot
Leading employee relations within the Irish depot, including union relations and base salary review
Lead communications and engagement activity within the depot
