We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a fast-growing data center developer in Finland. This role blends hands-on HR operations with end-to-end recruitment ownership, helping the business scale smoothly while maintaining a supportive, high-performance culture.
You'll be a key partner to leadership, project managers, technical teams, and contractors making sure our people processes run like clockwork and our talent pipelines stay healthy.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions in Finland, supporting employees across multiple sites.
Oversee employment contracts, amendments, documentation, and compliance with Finnish labor law.
Support onboarding & offboarding, performance reviews, training coordination, and employee relations.
Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting, audits, and policy updates.
