Job Description
HMK Leads Pvt. Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Officer to manage HR operations in our fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment & onboarding (CSRs, Team Leads, Managers)
Managing attendance, leaves, and shift schedules
Handling employee relations, warnings, and disciplinary matters
Maintaining HR records & employee documentation
Implementing HR policies & company SOPs
Coordinating with management on performance & retention
Conducting exit interviews and clearance processes
Supporting payroll coordination and compliance
