Job Summary:
We are seeking a
competent and performance-driven HR & Admin Officer
to manage
HR and administrative operations
in a
manufacturing environment
. The ideal candidate should have expertise in
labour management, compliance, HR operations, HRMS implementation, and Performance Management Systems (PMS), including KPI development and employee performance evaluation.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Handle labor relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, overtime, and payroll data.
Ensure compliance with EOBI, PESSI, and Social Security regulations.
Manage HRMS records, reporting, and process discipline.
Oversee factory administration, security, transport, and vendor coordination.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and probation reviews.
Develop departmental KPIs and performance scorecards.
