Job Title: HR Specialist (On-site)

Location: Gulberg 3 Lahore
Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Experience: 4–5 Years
Technority is hiring an experienced HR Specialist to support our BPO operations. The ideal candidate must have strong BPO industry experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
• Handle employee relations and HR documentation
• Coordinate with management on HR policies and compliance
• Support performance management and engagement activities
Requirements:
• 4–5 years proven HR experience (BPO industry experience is mandatory)
• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary: Up to 150,000 PKR
