Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Translate HR goals into clear, daily actionable tasks
Manage employee relations, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation and reports
Support payroll coordination, attendance, and performance management processes
