Summary As a Human Resources Specialist, the incumbent applies experience and knowledge of human resources laws, systems, program principles, concepts, regulations, and practices, analytical methods and techniques to perform routine, multiple, and varying assignments in their program area(s) serving as an individual contributor or team member. Responsibilities This Human Resources Specialist position is located at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to: Provides assistance to Senior HR Specialists, management and employees on personnel matters and develops internal procedures to assist with this effort.
