Human Resources Specialist

HR Specialist plays a key part in executing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality support to both corporate employees and operational teams. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Experience in a Retail, TNVS, Logistics, Transportation, environment is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRIS systems, timekeeping, and payroll software (e.g., Sprout, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee benefits, and statutory compliance (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
