Human Resources Specialist

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process accurate and timely payroll, including salaries, allowances, incentives, and deductions
• Manage statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax)
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
• Handle payroll- and benefits-related employee concerns and inquiries
• Monitor attrition, absenteeism, turnover, tardiness, and attendance trends
• Prepare and issue Notice to Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (NOD), and other disciplinary documents in accordance with due process
• Develop and support employee retention and engagement programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures
