Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Specialist who can operate both strategically and hands-on — someone who understands that people, systems, and accountability are what allow companies to scale without chaos.
You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to professionalise hiring, performance management, compensation, and internal processes.
