🏠 Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)

• 1 month full onsite before transitioning to hybrid

💼 Employment: Full-time | Dayshift

💵 Salary: Up to ₱35,000

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure accuracy of payroll reports and attendance (DTR)
• Support resolution of employee issues and escalations
• Manage business travel coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Assist in client visits and general admin tasks
