Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities, including overseeing HR policies, handling personnel management, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Day-to-day tasks may include developing and implementing HR initiatives, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, updating and maintaining employee records, and addressing employee relations or workplace concerns. Collaborating with departmental leaders to align employee policies and practices with organizational goals will also be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) practices such as recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning
Experience in HR Management and the development of HR Policies
