Role Overview

We are seeking a temporary HR professional to support the People & Culture team during a busy period. This role will provide operational HR support, assist with recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR records, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, confident with Excel and Smartsheet, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment support, including preparing job ads, posting vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new hires are set up efficiently and exiting staff are processed appropriately.
