Job Summary

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations of Changan Plaridel. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, supports employee relations, oversees recruitment and onboarding, maintains accurate HR records, and implements HR policies that align with company goals and values.
