HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT) (Title 5)

Summary This position is located with HRO located on Kelly AFB in San Antonio, TX. The purpose of this position is to perform work of at least 25% in at least two but no more than four specialization areas for a total of 100%. Duties are performed to either Army (ARNG) or Air National Guard (ANG) organizations and the full-time workforce within the State. Texas is one of 9 states with NO state income tax.
