Job Description

A leading sizable well-known IT service provider offers enterprise integrated solutions is currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
HR general operation and support, on/off boarding, the salary and benefits administration;
Perform all round of payroll processing and benefits programs such as medical benefits, leave management, retirement scheme, other insurance schemes, annual salary review exercise, annual bonus payment exercise;
Planning and implementation of compensation and benefit strategies and initiatives which align with corporate strategies and needs;
Providing human resources services by working with business managers to support their needs
Assist in planning and executing various Ad-Hoc HR projects.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resource or any related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience working in with solid experience in compensation & benefits...
