Position Objective

Manage talent in Colombia in alignment with Nicaraguan labor regulations and the company's internal policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesLabor and Contract Management

• Administer employment contracts under Nicaraguan legislation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes in Colombia.
• Maintain updated digital personnel files.
• Monitor probation periods, renewals, and terminations.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Nicaraguan labor laws.
• Apply internal policies for remote and international work.
• Coordinate with legal advisors in Nicaragua when issues arise.
• Prepare documentation for internal labor audits.

Payroll and Benefits

• Coordinate payroll calculations according to Nicaraguan regulations.
• Validate salaries, deductions, and benefit payments.
