URGENT HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Human Resources Staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit government-mandated reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, PEZA, etc.).
• Handle recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing).
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate HR records.
• Assist in performance evaluation and feedback activities.
• Support employee relations by helping address concerns, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and professional manner.
• Apply basic knowledge of labor laws
• Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement programs and training sessions.

Qualifications:
