About the role

LX Pantos Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Human Resources Staff to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Timekeeping:

· Monitor and track employee attendance, working hours, leave and overtime.

· Ensure that all time records are accurate, assist in resolving discrepancies related to employee work hours or attendance.

• Manpower Billing & Labor Accruals:

· Prepare and process monthly manpower billing and labor cost accrual reports.

· Review invoices for accuracy and ensure timely submission.

· Ensure proper allocation of labor costs to correct departments and cost centers.
