Human Resources Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily HR operations
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Oversee employee relations and address HR concerns
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate with management on HR-related matters

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of BS HRM, BSBA (Major in HR), BS Psychology, or related course
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential matters professionally
