We're Hiring: HR Supervisor

Location: 2nd Floor, JLC Building, A.S. Fortuna Street, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines 6014 (In front of Chatswood Residences)

Type: Full-time | Graveyard Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday | Saturday & Sunday Off

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead HR operations – recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Develop and enforce HR policies in line with Philippine labor laws
• Manage performance evaluations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and attendance monitoring
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years HR experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws
