HV Harness Engineer (DRE)

We are looking for an experienced HV Harness Engineer (DRE) to lead the design, development, and release of low- and high-voltage wiring harness systems for automotive applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined change management throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and release low-voltage and high-voltage wiring harness systems.
• Lead DFMEA and DVP&R development, execution, and follow-up.
• Manage engineering changes, vehicle specifications, and bill of material (BOM) analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design robustness, quality, and compliance.
• Support product development activities from concept through launch.
