HVAC and Facilities Supervisor

BENSON INDUSTRIAL COLD STORAGE INC. is seeking a dedicated HVAC and Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and operations of our industrial cold storage facility.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Coordinate and oversee the work of HVAC technicians and other facilities staff to ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on schedule
• Monitor and analyse HVAC system performance data to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for HVAC and facilities management
