About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC and Facilities Manager to join our team at BENSON INDUSTRIAL COLD STORAGE INC.' in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our industrial cooling and refrigeration systems, as well as the overall facilities management of our premises.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the preventative maintenance and repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, and other critical building systems
2. Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of all facilities equipment
3. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our warehousing, storage, and office spaces
4. Monitor and report on energy consumption, identify opportunities for improvement
5. Manage and supervise a team of technicians and maintenance staff
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
