HVAC Design Engineer - Datacenter

In a context of growth and structuring around our major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are looking for an HVAC Design Engineer for our Madrid office.

Working autonomously from requirements definition through to project handover, you will manage the mechanical package design studies (HVAC, Plumbing...), ensure smooth coordination with construction teams, and provide technical support throughout the construction phases. You will be responsible for the financial monitoring during the design phases.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing optimized technical solutions (sizing of technical installations, drafting of specifications, etc.),
• Overseeing the production of technical drawings (plans, diagrams) in collaboration with the Design & BIM teams,
• Reviewing, analyzing, and challenging contractors' bids,
