As an HVAC Technician, you will take responsibility for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of building services, plant, and associated equipment. Your work will help ensure a safe, comfortable, and energy‑efficient environment for our client.

You will play a vital role in maintaining HVAC systems with particular expertise in VRV/VRF systems driving energy performance improvements, and upholding the highest health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across HVAC plant and building services
• Diagnose faults and maintain a broad range of HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF air conditioning units
• Monitor and control environmental conditions via BMS systems
• Identify and mitigate risks to plant and equipment, including management of critical spare parts
