1. System Operation & Maintenance
   • Manage and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, exhaust systems, ventilation systems, and ducting.
   • Ensure stable temperature, humidity, and pressure control in production and cleanroom areas.
   • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
   • Troubleshoot system failures and implement effective solutions.
