Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are looking to hire an HVAC Engineer with experience in design and pre-construction to join their team in Avignon or Lyon, France.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing the concept designs for the mechanical engineering works within large-scale commercial and industrial facilities, such as logistics complexes, pharmaceutical plants, and food production plants

Reviewing and advising on technical specifications of the HVAC and Building Services equipment, and ensuring the constructability of design packages

Coordinating with the design and construction teams

Ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets

Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and regulations
PROFILE
