Work From Home | Remote Setup | Night Shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM) | Monday–Friday
You own HVAC system design outputs for U.S.-based building projects, ensuring mechanical drawings, load calculations, and specifications meet applicable codes and industry standards. Your work directly supports building performance, occupant comfort, and regulatory compliance across heating, cooling, ventilation, and air distribution systems.
This is a production-focused, design-engineering role operating within defined project scopes and U.S. building codes (IBC, NYC, NYS, NJ). You collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, translating architectural and construction documents into coordinated 3D Revit models and 2D CAD drawings.
