•Examining Vendors documentation, contributing in Spares Parts Lists definition
• Ensure that all heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems maintenance activities are carried out in a safe manner, with the best working practise and in respect with scheduling programs;
• Monitoring, inspecting and verifying the performance of the Maintenance Contractors and their respect of time scheduling;
• Following-up and controlling the testing and commissioning of new/modified equipment, systems and machinery;
• Ensuring that and Statutory safety and integrity requirements are adhered to in all Maintenance activities undertaken by Company personnel and external Contractors;
• Ensuring that provision of adequate resources to carry out associated maintenance activities exist, e.g. special tools and materials for the technicians and/or additional maintenance specialist ...
