Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, service, repair, and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Oversee the installation, servicing, and upkeep of VRF air-conditioning systems and water-cooled units.
• Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and repair tasks to maintain efficient system performance.
• Respond quickly and effectively to urgent repair and service requests.
• Carry out basic electrical wiring and circuit-related work required for HVAC operations.
• Handle the commissioning and decommissioning of HVAC equipment as required.
• Follow established service standards, operational procedures, and customer specifications.
• Identify, document, and report technical issues encountered during projects to support timely completion.
• Provide assistance with additional coordination and site tasks as assigned by the Project In Charge.
