What You'll Do:

• Lead residential HVAC installs (heat pumps, furnaces, A/Cs, mini-splits, boilers, ductwork, etc.)
• Mentor junior techs and ensure clean, timely, and safe installations
• Work directly with homeowners, managers, and office support
• Perform start-ups and system tests
• Maintain job information, collect payment and work professionally
