HVAC Maintenance Mechanic

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As an HVAC Maintenance Mechanic, under the direct supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, you will maintain our facility's environmental systems.

Every day, you will assist with general maintenance, installation, and repairs of expansion units, chilled water fan cool units, refrigeration equipment, and pneumatic/electronic control systems. You'll handle both routine and emergency tasks, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and functional environment.

To be successful in this role, requires strong HVAC knowledge, practical repair experience, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to uninterrupted system performance.

+ Completes assigned work orders and/or PMs in a timely manner or informs supervisor of any problems accomplishing a task.
+ Immediately identifies and informs supervisor of any malfunctioning equipment.
+ Achieves to reduce maintenance and utility costs through improved operational procedures.
