The **HVAC Mechanic** performs repair and maintenance on a variety of equipment, systems and structures; including lab equipment, etc. Reports directly to the Foreman and may be assigned to support various trades responsibilities as required.

**Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for performing various maintenance services under the direction of the Foreman.
+ Operates, maintains and repairs one or more systems that provide an establishment with such services as heat, air-conditioning (cool, humidify, dehumidify, filter, and circulate air), refrigeration, steam or high-temperature water or electricity.
+ Observes and interprets reading on gauges, meters and charts which register various aspects of the systems operation, adjusting controls to insure safe and efficient operation of the system and to meet demands for the service provided, recording in logs various aspects of the systems op...
