Calibre Life Science is seeking a Senior HVAC Project Engineer to lead the design, installation, commissioning, and validation of HVAC systems for complex pharmaceutical and biotech projects. Based in Cape Town, this role involves full project lifecycle responsibility across Process, Utility, and Facility systems, with national project exposure

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of detailed HVAC system design, including heat load calculations, equipment sizing, P&IDs, and schematics
• Develop specifications, scopes of work, and manage tender adjudication and procurement processes
• Oversee validation documentation for pharmaceutical facilities
• Manage supplier and subcontractor coordination, client engagement, project scheduling, reporting, and financial controls
• Lead site supervision, installation oversight, and commissioning in line with GEP guidelines
