Hvac Project Manager

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and close-out of HVAC retrofit and construction projects. The role provides technical leadership, ensures project profitability, and maintains strong coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in compliance with applicable standards.

Project Execution & Coordination

• Review and interpret specifications, drawings, and requirements for HVAC retrofit and construction projects.
• Assume full project management responsibility over project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Provide functional leadership and technical guidance to technicians, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
