ABOUT THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Black & McDonald Limited is seeking an HVAC/R Service Technician at our location in Charlottetown PE. The successful candidate will maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC/R and gas equipment and systems within a portfolio of buildings to achieve optimum life span of the equipment.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:


+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC/R and gas equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company specifications.

+ Complete digital work orders, detailed reports and daily digital time summaries.

+ Ensure safe working conditions are enforced and strictly adhered to in accordance to company policy.
