You’ll take full ownership of the quoting process — from initial inquiry to final approval — ensuring every proposal is profitable, precise, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end quoting for residential HVAC jobs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Build, adjust, and finalize sales quotes using Service Titan as the primary platform.
• Monitor job queues and maintain up‑to‑date records of quotes and communications.
• Control margins and ensure profitability aligns with company targets.
