HVAC Sales & Project Coordinator

Michael's Heating and Cooling is looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable HVAC Sales & Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines HVAC sales, customer service, estimating, and project coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is personable, mechanically inclined, organized, and confident meeting with customers while helping guide projects from estimate to completion.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to discuss HVAC needs
• Prepare and present quotes for HVAC installations and service projects
• Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
• Assist with planning and coordinating HVAC projects
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and installation teams
• Maintain strong customer relationships through honest and professional communication
• Help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule
