HVAC Service & Installation Manager

Daffy Ducts is seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service & Installation Field Manager to lead and manage field operations, ensuring the highest level of service quality and installation efficiency. This role involves direct supervision of field technicians, coordination of service schedules, and implementation of operational standards to meet customer expectations and company goals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of problem-solving in the field, maintaining strong communication between field teams and office staff, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
