Job Description
A HVAC Service Technician is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our North Dublin based client. The Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support. This role plays a crucial role to deliver the highest standards of service in the most efficient manner to maintain customer plant and equipment as installed on site covered by our maintenance and service contract. The goal is to maximize service technician productivity and enhance the overall customer experience and improve operational technical processes. Company Van provided. 
Role of this position
 Customer and Technical:
Ability to diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and customer site visits.
Attend customer sites to carry out work for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Customer Breakdowns, Warranty work, Hire and Commissioning workloads.
